Thank you for the wealth of information you have provided so far.
I have a question that may have been answered and if I have over looked it please point me in the right direction. My organization recently implemented MIM2016. Unfortunately we did not install the SCSM as part of the implementation. So my question is: 1) Where is the information stored in the Search Requests (approvals, transactions) located outside of the MIM Portal (sql database)? So that if i wanted to use SQL reporting tool or use another application like Splunk, I would have access to that information.
Thank you in advance for any information that you can provide.
